Agreement
By accessing the Vantage Systems website or platform you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited communications, store unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.
Availability
We aim to provide continuous availability but may perform maintenance. Planned maintenance affecting service is communicated in advance where possible.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
